Ingredients
Medium Apples (peeled, cored, and chopped) 2
All-purpose Flour 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Milk ½ cup
Egg 1
Vegetable Oil As needed
Powdered Sugar For dusting
Cooking Method
Step 01
Peel and chop the apples into small chunks.
Step 02
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 03
Add the milk, egg, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined. The batter should be thick.

Gently fold the chopped apples into the batter.
Step 05
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Spoon the batter into the hot oil.

Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Step 07
Use a slotted spoon to remove the fritters and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Dust the warm fritters with powdered sugar and enjoy.
