An elegant twist on a classic. Layers of mascarpone cream and delicate strawberry-soaked biscuits create a light, luxurious finish.

Ingredients
Mascarpone Cheese 250g
Whipping Cream (cold) 200ml
Sugar (adjust to taste) 3–4 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Ladyfinger Biscuits (Savoiardi) 1 pack
Fresh Strawberries (sliced) 300g
Cooking Method
Step 01
In a mixing bowl, beat the cold whipping cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Step 02
Gently fold the mascarpone cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 03
To assemble, lightly dip the ladyfingers into the strawberry milk.
Step 04
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
Step 05
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over them, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
Step 06
Repeat the same steps with the remaining ladyfingers.
Step 07
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours for the best texture and enjoy!
