Ingredients
For the Panna Cotta
Whole Milk 1 cup
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Sugar 1/3 cup
Gelatin Powder 2 tsp
Cold Water 2 tbsp

For the Peach Topping
Ripe Peaches (peeled and chopped) 2
Sugar (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Cooking Method
Step 01
Put the gelatin into cold water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 02
In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Heat until steaming, but not boiling. Set aside.
Step 03
Stir the bloomed gelatin into the hot mixture until fully dissolved. Pour into molds or glasses and chill for 4 hours.
Step 04
Simmer the chopped peaches with sugar until soft and syrupy. Add lemon juice.
Step 05
Top the chilled panna cotta with peach compote. Enjoy!
