Rolled oats

Brown sugar

Cold butter, cubed

Cooking Method

Step 01
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 02
In a bowl, toss the sliced strawberry apples with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Step 03
In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter cubes, rubbing them into the dry mixture with your fingers until crumbly.
Step 04
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples.
Step 05
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the topping is golden and the fruit is tender.

Let cool slightly before serving with ice cream or cream. Enjoy!
