Cream cheese (softened) 1 package (8 ounces)
Sour cream 1 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Seedless black grapes 500 grams
Seedless green grapes 500 grams
Brown sugar 3 tablespoons
Chopped pecans 3 tablespoons
Cooking Method
Step 01
In a large mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined. Gently fold in the grapes until evenly coated.
Step 02
Spoon the grape mixture into your presentation bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavours to meld.

Just before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of brown sugar and chopped pecans for added texture and flavor.
