Unexpected guests coming over? Don’t fret, impress them with this last-minute, delicious individual Strawberry Trifle cups. Trust us, you will only need one short trip to the store and less than an hour in the kitchen!

Ingredients

Nestle Milo Powder 6 tbsp
Hot water 100 ml
Sweetened creamer/condensed milk 3/4 - 1 tbsp
Ice cubes A few
Nestle Milo powder (for sprinkling) 2 - 3 tbsp
Cooking Method

Step 01 In a bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let them sit for 10 minutes to release their natural juices and enhance sweetness.
Step 02 Layer the Trifle Cups—place a layer of cubed sponge cake at the bottom of each cup.
Step 03 Spoon a layer of strawberries and their juice over the sponge cake.
Step 04 Add a layer of vanilla pudding, spreading it evenly.
Step 05 Repeat the layers if your cups are tall enough, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
Step 06 Top with a few strawberry slices and a fresh mint leaf for a pop of color.
Step 07 Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
