Ingredients
Udang Putih Farm XXL peeled and deveined

200gm

Egg white

1 pc
Chopped scallions

40gm

Grated ginger

1 tsp

Light soy sauce

1 tsp

Sesame oil

1 tsp

Salt

¼ tsp

White pepper

¼ tsp

White or whole grain bread slices

6 pcs

Sesame seeds


Cooking Method
Step 01
In a blender or a food processor, combine all ingredients (except bread slices). Blitz on medium speed until a fine, sticky paste forms.
Step 02
Equally spread the paste on each slices of bread, all the way to their edges
Step 03
Layer three pieces of the bread slices together, with the top piece being the shrimp paste facing up. Create two whole pieces with the other three pieces.
Step 04
Slice each whole parts diagonally, totalling to four triangles.Coat each piece evenly with sesame seeds.
Step 05
Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry until both sides are crisp and golden brown. Serve while hot with Kewpie mayonnaise.
