Ingredients
Whole chicken (cut into 8 pieces) 1
Salt 1½ teaspoons
Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Unsalted butter 2 tablespoons
Chopped yellow onion 1 cup
Chopped carrot ½ cup
Chopped celery ½ cup
White mushrooms (sliced) 8 ounces
Garlic cloves (minced) 3
White wine ½ cup
Chicken broth 1½ cups
Heavy cream 1 cup
Thyme 1 tablespoon
Parsley 1 tablespoon
Cooking Method
Step 01 In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, red chili flakes, pepper powder, and sugar.
Step 02 Whisk and mix the ingredients.
Step 03 Tear the lettuce into large pieces.
Step 04 Wash the lettuce and dry it before frying.
Step 05 Heat oil in a wok or iron cast.
Step 06 Fry the minced ginger for 10 seconds.
Step 07 Add the garlic and fry it for 10 more seconds.
Step 08 Add the iceberg lettuce and stir it well. Cook on high heat for about 30 seconds.
Step 09 Now add the sauce and cook for about 15-30 seconds. Ensure it is still crunchy.
Step 10 Ready to serve.
