Lean, juicy, and bursting with irresistible savoury flavours in each bite. These burger patties are so easy to make–just throw the ingredients in a bowl and knead away! Perfect for meal-prepping or your next cookout.

Ingredients
Ground beef
900g
Breadcrumbs
35g
Large egg

Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp
Milk
2 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
Ground black pepper
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Onion powder
1 tsp
Cooking Method
Step 01
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix the mixture by hand. Do not overmix, stop when the mixture looks even. Overmixing results in dense patties.
Step 02
Press the mixture into an even disk in the bowl. Divide the mixture evenly to about 6 skillet patties.
Step 03
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Cut more parchment paper into even squares. One at a time, press the paper firmly into the patties. Using a spoon, create a dent in the centre of each patty so they don’t puff up as they cook.
Step 04
To cook the patties, grill or fry them for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 05
Stack the hot patties on toasted burger buns and top with your favourite salads and sauces. Enjoy!
