Ingredients
Lacto Chicken drumsticks

5 pcs

Smoked paprika powder

1 tbsp
Garlic powder

1 tbsp

Olive oil

1 tbsp

Caynene pepper

1 tsp

Buffalo wing hot sauce or Sriracha

40ml

Cornstarch

Cooking Method
Step 01
Preheat the oven to 220 C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 02

In a large bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt to taste.

Step 03
Coat the chicken in olive oil and add them into the spice mixture. Mix until each piece is evenly coated. Then, coat each piece with some cornstarch.
Step 04
Bake the drumsticks for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and coat them with hot sauce until each piece is fully coated.
Step 05
Serve the drumsticks with your favourite dressings and sides. Enjoy!
