For the Salmon
Salmon Fillets 2
Salt and Pepper To taste
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
For the Garlic Aioli
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Garlic Cloves, minced 1–2
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Salt Pinch
Cooking Method
Step 01
Prepare the aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Step 02
Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 03
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes then flip and cook another 3–5 minutes until cooked.
Step 04
Drizzle garlic aioli over the salmon and serve with salad, rice or vegetables.
Step 05
Ready to serve.
