Ingredients
Head iceberg lettuce 1/2
Oil 2 teaspoons
Minced ginger 1 teaspoon
Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce ½ teaspoon
Toasted sesame oil ½ teaspoon
Chili flakes ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Cooking Method

Step 01 In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, red chili flakes, pepper powder, and sugar.
Step 02 Whisk and mix the ingredients.

Stir-fry
Step 01 Tear the lettuce into large pieces.
Step 02 Wash the lettuce and dry it before frying.
Step 03 Heat oil in a wok or iron cast.
Step 04 Fry the minced ginger for 10 seconds.
Step 05 Add the garlic and fry it for 10 more seconds.
Step 06 Add the iceberg lettuce and stir it well. Cook on high heat for about 30 seconds.
Step 07 Now add the sauce and cook for about 15-30 seconds. Ensure it is still crunchy.
Step 08 Ready to serve.
