Succulent prawns seared in golden olive oil, infused with fragrant garlic and the warm, smoky depth of paprika, delivering a rich, aromatic and tempting flavour.

Ingredients
Prawns, peeled & deveined 300g
Garlic, finely chopped 4 cloves
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Paprika (adjust to taste) ½ tsp
Cooking Method
Step 01
Pat the prawns dry with paper towels and season with a little salt, pepper and paprika.
Step 02
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, but not browned.
Step 03
Add the prawns and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
Step 04
Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with paprika for extra flavour.
Step 05
Garnish with chopped parsley for freshness, and it’s ready to serve.
