Add a pop of colour to your festive table with this easy, vibrant side of sizzled Brussels sprouts tossed with toasted pistachios and jewel-like pomegranate seeds. Simple to make, stunning to serve.

Ingredients
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
AUSTRALIAN Brussels Sprouts, halved 500g
Pistachios, roughly chopped 50g
Pomegranate Seeds 100g
Pomegranate Molasses To drizzle (optional)
Cooking Method
Step 01
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 02
Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down and cook for 10–15 minutes, tossing occasionally, until lightly browned and blistered.
Step 03
Add the pistachios and stir-fry until toasted.
Step 04
Remove from heat and stir through the pomegranate seeds.
Step 05
Season with salt and transfer to a serving dish.
Step 06
Drizzle with pomegranate molasses if desired.
