Sungold Kiwis, finely chopped

400g

Granulated sugar
100g
Lemon juice
1 Tbsp

Salt

A pinch

Step 01
In a pot, combine kiwis, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Heat over high-heat, stirring constantly.
Step 02

Once the mixture starts to bubble, reduce the heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring until the mixture is thick and viscous.

Step 03
Remove from heat and transfer the jam into a heat-proof container. Let it cool completely before covering and transferring to the fridge. Enjoy!

Enjoy this dish with a bottle of chilled white wine and a light leafy salad.
