Classic Broccoli Alfredo

Al dente pasta and crisp-tender broccoli in a rich Alfredo sauce, an elevated indulgence perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients
Pasta (spaghetti, penne or your choice) 200g
Broccoli Florets 1 cup
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic, thinly sliced 2 cloves
Chili Flakes 1 pinch
Salt & Pepper To taste
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Cooking Method
Step 01
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the cooking water.
Step 02
Blanch broccoli florets for 2 minutes in the same pot, then set aside.
Step 03
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and chili flakes until fragrant.
Step 04
Add broccoli, cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Toss well.
Step 05
Season with salt, pepper and finish with parmesan before serving.
