Our Sichuan Spice Roast Potatoes is the perfect mix of crunch and spice, made for those who love a little tingle with every bite.

Ingredients
Kipfler Potatoes (cut into wedges or cubes) 3
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Sichuan Peppercorns (lightly crushed) 1 tsp
Dried Chilies (optional, for extra heat) 1–2
Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
Chili Flakes or Chili Oil 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cooking Method
Step 01
Preheat oven to 200°C (or air fryer at 180°C).
Step 02
Parboil potatoes for 5–6 minutes until slightly soft, then drain well.
Step 03
In a bowl, mix potatoes with oil, salt, crushed Sichuan peppercorns, garlic and chili flakes.
Step 04
Roast for 25–30 minutes (flip halfway) until golden and crispy.
Step 05
Once done, toss with soy sauce and a splash of rice vinegar for that tangy kick.
Step 06
Garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander.
