Ingredients
Medium Prawns (cleaned & deveined) 500g
Medium Onions, finely sliced 2
Tomatoes, chopped 2
Green Chilies, slit 2
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala ½ tsp
Curry Leaves A sprig
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt To taste
Fresh Coriander
Cooking Method
Step 01
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and sliced onions. Sauté till golden brown.
Step 02
Add ginger-garlic paste, fry till raw smell disappears.
Step 03
Stir in tomatoes, turmeric, chili and coriander powder. Cook till oil separates.
Step 04
Add prawns, salt and green chilies. Mix well.
Step 05
Cover and cook on medium flame for 7–8 minutes (prawns cook fast).
Step 06
Sprinkle garam masala, stir gently and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Step 07
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
